When you sign up to a plan, we ask you to fill out a brand questionnaire. This gives you
the opportunity to send us your model, location and clothing preferences, upload some
example imagery and your brand guidelines.
However, we retain the right to make the final decision on model, location and creative
preferences. This allows us to be able to maintain an efficient process, and deliver
your images and ads quickly.
This is one of the biggest benefits of our plans, all expenses are included within the monthly cost. No hidden expense fees or charges, that’s it.
We’ll securely store your products for the duration of your subscription and if at any
point you'd like your stock back, you can schedule a collection from our storage unit.
We cannot guarantee that your products will be in their original condition. During
photoshoots your products will be handled regularly and if they are consumable then they
may be consumed by models.
If you have a specific request for your stock to be kept in perfect condition then
please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this.
A direct debit will not be setup. The card that you use to sign up will be saved to your customer account and future renewal orders will be placed automatically.
Let your Account Manager know which content doesn't work for you and why, they'll then send over some alternatives for you.
No, there’s no minimum length of time you need to stay with us. Please be aware that there is a 28 day notice period, so if you want to cancel your plan, please consider this.
